The choice of the Popup Window associated with an Alert is done on the Alerts tab of the General Settings window. Refer to the information here: General Settings Window: Add Alert to Compact Alert Popup Window (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Additional Settings) All you need to do is set the Alert itself to use the Popup Window and then any place where that Alert Number is used will give you the Popup Window when the alert is true.
