Check the settings on the Trade Window for the chart. Check the Time in Force to make sure it is correct and the Order Type: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Trade Window Controls Most likely it is one of those settings causing the problem. This is what CQG said: The trader needs to contact their FCM. They are missing MIFID required values on their account.
