Good morning,
I have two issues I need help in tracking down the solution.

1. One chart (CL), only tracks the data for a couple of minutes and freezes, no movement on the chart. To update the information, disconnecting and reconnecting the feed fills in the chart action, but does not maintain the active feed of information for more than a minute or two.

2. Another chart (ZB), the Pivot Point tool moves with the candles. Again restarting the feed sets the lines properly, but the lines do not carry across the chart consistently. With a new candle, comes a new PP level.

First, you are using Transact. This is not a Sierra Chart data feed.

1. This would be a problem with the data feed. For help with this, refer to:

If you are not receiving data from the data feed you need to contact Transact.

2. This also could be a data feed issue with timestamps. First thing we want you do is:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
