I have the same problem others have had with the ECIVwap study. I installed SC 2102 with the install optional components. I show ECIVwap V1.5 and everything ok, until I close SC, reopen, and it reverts to ECIVwap V1.4. I've done this with opening only 1 chart with no studies on it,(so no old studies of ECIVwap 1.4 on it) and it still reverts to V1.4, in the User Contributed Studies section. Also get that "Warning: The Custom DLL study "UserContributedStudies_64.scsf_ECIVwap" has just caused a CPU exception. Help!.

This would mean that you still have an old UserContributedStudies_64.dll file. There is no other possibility. Update Sierra Chart again and enable Install Optional Components: Software Download: Fast Update And make sure you update the main instance of Sierra Chart and not the sub instances. Those will get updated automatically when restarted. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. It seems I still had the older SC 32 bit application still installed and it was reverting to that, (probably not good in general). Once deleted, everything good now. Thank you.
