Daily bars RTH only without affecting other intraday charts?

Hi guys, I want my daily chart to show RTH only. I followed the instructions here: Chart Session Times: Creating Daily Bars with Custom Session Times and got it done (kind of). The problem is that I need to open Chart Settings and manually disable "Use Evening Session" to finish the job, which is fine. However, when I change symbols, the daily chart goes back to showing all sessions so I have to manually disable "Use Evening Session"again. I tried going to "Edit Global Symbol Settings" and then adjusted "Use Evening Sessions Times" to "No" and this worked, when I change symbols my daily chart shows only RTH. However, now my intraday charts (30 min, 5 min etc...) only show RTH. I prefer my intraday charts to show all sessions. Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks! |

Hi, The suggested solution is OK but I like to have both RTH and 24hr charts for futures so I can see what the market sees at particular times of the day. Is there a way to have both RTH and 24hr daily charts? It does not appear to be the case given your suggestion earlier. I would have thought "Use Evening Session: No" would do it, but it does not appear to. Thanks! |
