I am trying to fill a cell with a conditional format.

Cell value is 'TRUE' without the '' and it is putted in via text not via a formula.

Please tell me what condition to choose to make a conditional format.

Thank you!

You could use the IF function and have it return text in the case of when its own formula is TRUE:
