Rithmic has sent an email out, stating that there is going to be a TLS certificate update required and this is dependent upon the particular Rithmic API version being used. The Sierra Chart Rithmic bridge program is affected by this and does require a new TLS Certificate. The new certificate is in the below post. This is absolutely required to be able to connect to Rithmic after May 30, 2020. So you need to save this certificate as explained. The required Rithmic TLS Certificate file is attached. Save this file into the \Rim subfolder within the Sierra Chart installation folder. This is usually going to be C:\SierraChart\Rim. Replace the existing file that is there. You can begin to use this file now to support connecting to Rithmic after May 30, 2020. So the certificate is valid at this time and also after that date.
