I am on Denali at last. Trading from Asia, on CME. I was extremely happy to learn about data integration with existing data services. This was not previously known to me. I have CQG and Denali data feed organically coexisting in one installation. CQG for OSE, Denali for CME. However, the Denali setup instructions [Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services] do not seem to give me the choice of servers, eg, Singapore, which is available with Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing With Data [https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstruction] ->For trading CME from Asia, is Singapore faster? If yes, should I switch from Denali to Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing With Data? |

The Denali data feed comes out of servers in the US. It is not offered through the Singapore server. We do intend to offer it through a server on the West Coast of the US, in the coming months. We may offer it out of a server in Hong Kong may be later in the year. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Rather than use Denali, would it be faster if I used your other data service, and the Singapore server?

No there is no other data feed to use for CME group data. The Singapore server is only used for order routing and is going to be replaced with a Hong Kong server in the coming months.

Do you consider using server 3 when living in Frankfurt for CME (NYMEX/CBOT/CME/COMEX) Group and Eurex? Or should is still stay with server 2 ?

What you really want to do is have two installations of Sierra Chart. One of them using Server 1, 2 or 4 for CME group trading. And another one for your EUREX trading using Server 3. Refer to: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time And regarding post #4, we never set up the Hong Kong server. We now have one on the US West Coast instead.
