Denali Data Feed Delay. How can I make it live data?

I just set up a new account and I paid for Denali data feed. When I opened up an ES chart the data is delayed. Right now I have simulation trading on. How can I can make sure that the Denali data feed is connected to my account and have the data feed be live?
