Trading SIM keeps re-enabling

Have AMP w/ Denali Feed + CME data, everything seems to be setup fine.

When I go to place a trade, it shows my account number in the box below P&L but when I hit buy/sell it switches back to SIM. When I disable SIM, my account shows back up but the process repeats itself.

What should my Data/Trade service be set to? Currently just sitting on SC Data - All Services (which I believe may be the issue?)

I had the same problem and followed all of these steps but it is still switching to SIM. Please advise

Looks like the issue is amp was telling me to use SC all services when instead I should have been using SC Futures Order Routing/Data
