[Programming Help] - Horizontal Line does not set at indicator 0 value

i have 4 regions, in 3 of the 4 regions the horizontal line sits at the 0.00 mark BUT for region 2, it does not (see screenshot)

if i change the region to 3 or 4, it sits on 0 but for some reason it wont in region 2 even though 0 indicator line is visible.<p/>pl see screenshot

if i change the line value to any value on the indicator scale, it just sits at the same location (top of indicator range)


** i tried posting a screenshot but the process is so complicated and time consuming i didnt

this study comes from a spreadsheet study

in another example the horozontal liines is above and there is no right vertical axis
is says NaN sometimes

it seems the spreadsheet study is not displaying the axis correctly
