I use TransActAT with Sierra Chart. TransAct is losing connection while Sierra is not. Transact cannot find the problem but says it may have something to do with shared DLL files, and that it may be something in my Sierra Chart setup. The error is the OLEAUT32.dll and I copied part of the error below. Do you know if there could be something in my Sierra chart setup that could be causing this error? We do not see how it is technically possible on a 32-bit/64-bit operating system for there to be an issue with shared DLL files. Sierra Chart does not use shared DLL files other than what are part of the core operating system. And Sierra Chart does not use this DLL: OLEAUT32.dll Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
