I Team some week ago I discovered and you confirmed that there are issue on the delay of the Eurex flow due to barchart eurex flow, today I got a new bad surprise as you can see from the attached image the Bund and the dax too has no more the 10 levels up and down but only 2 levels on the book! Till friday it was ok please check and bring back the data please. thx Alberto |

We are not seeing any problems with the market depth data for the EUREX data feed from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. OK but I did not change anything from friday so how is it possible?As you can see in my chart it's not working. Coould you please help me?

I did check all the settings described into your istruction and as exepceted are all set as reqeusted and how they were friday so please help i can't work this way.thx

OK guys not clear what it was I closed and then reopen Sierrachart and now it's working, something went wrong probably during the first loading. Discard the request.thx
