This is now resolved. We are not sure why this happened. We are still looking into it. Apparently it relates to the extended depth we are now providing on one of the servers, up to 1400 levels.

Can you please tell me which servers have the 1400 levels so I can connect to another one. Surprised you're offering this "feature" as it costs resources and the people who truly need it are writing direct to the exchange anyway. It seems strange that this is being tested in the production environment. Have been a happy SC user for 7 years but this is concerning. |

We are not doing any testing related to this. And we no longer think this issue was related to that. It could not have been after looking into it some more. We are not totally sure why this happened but it is clear, that the levels of depth you were seeing that were causing a problem where from previous week but those levels could no longer have existed at the Sunday open.
