Hi There, When trying to search for a stock symbol with File>Find Symbol>Stocks>NYSE... and entering the text in the "enter search text below" and searching by either search by symbol or search by description no symbol comes up and a line on the top of the window appears that says "[Requested Additional Symbols]. Thank You |

We are not observing any problems ourselves when we search for BATS symbols. Do you still notice a problem at this time?

It must have been a temporary problem due to no symbols being provided on the Barchart Open Feed at the time you encountered this.
