When i open a intraday for a selected symbol in this case F.US.EPM20 the chart appears but a message also appears that says ( symbol is unknown real time data for instrument corresponding to ID = 2are not allowed . I open the DOM it shows no contracts nothing at all nothing moves ,the service i am using is CQG WebAPI Trading .Thank You |
