DOM market depth data missing

I think due to new month, my DOM market depth data is missing (only current bid and ask are showing). I'm not sure why a new month would make a difference since sierrachart was running overnight and I didn't restart it. I checked my balance data and I'm not outstanding. |

Your Denali Exchange Data Feed did not renew with the new month. It looks like the renewal was disabled on April 20. The Sierra Chat Exchange Data Feed only has the CBOE Indices active on it. Let us know if you are not getting Real-Time data for symbols from that exchange.

I thought I was using sierrachart datafeed instead (for access to live vix data). It is the one active. Does sierrachart data feed not have CME futures within it?

can I activate CME futures on the sierrachart data feed or will I need Denali?

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed did have the CME Group available in it, but due to changes in the rules from the CME over the past couple of months, we are having to only use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. Therefore, in order to get data for the CME Group, you will have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the other exchanges (this is how you were setup last month). Each month that you have both feeds active, we will give you a $10.00 USD credit to your account to help offset the costs of using both feeds.
