Hi, I need to re-activate my subscriptions today as it the start of a new month. However, I can't see CME data feeds on the Exchange data Feeds page? Thanks |

ok , I think I see the issue. So I have to sign up to the Denali data feed AND my normal sierra package if I want to receive CME and other exchanges data? Thanks

Correct. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group and the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for any other exchanges. We will also give you a $10.00 USD per month credit to your account to help with having to pay for the two feeds.
