Save chart image problem

Hello, When I attempt to save a chart image (EDIT>SCREEN IMAGES>SAVE CHART TO FILE) everything works as expected but the image is just a black image. No chart details at all. I have searched the board thinking I must have some setting wrong, but can't find anything. Can you point me in the right direction to fix this? Thanks! |
