I recently switched from your previous version of Exchange Data Feed to Denali. It looks like I may be getting charged for both. Can you tell me why that would be?

You did not complete the switch to Denali, as you have not selected the exchanges you want active on the Denali Exchange. In Addition, you also have the EUREX exchange active on your Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, so let us know if you want to continue to have the EUREX exchange.

I didn't know i had to activate the CME separately on Denali. I did that this morning. i would like to keep the eurex for now. does that mean i need both data feeds? I don't see a Eurex option on the Denali page. Also, do I now need to deactivate the CME package on the Exchange Data Feed Features page? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-01 12:56:45

In order to have both the EUREX and the CME, you need to have both data feeds (Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for EUREX, and the Denali Exchange Data Feed for CME). But, we give you a $10.00 USD credit each month to your account to offset some of the cost of having to use both. We have gone ahead and deactivated the CME exchange on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for you.
