Just downloaded current version and all the Control Bar buttons have changed from previously defaults (sjhort text to long text).
First, how do change this in an efficient manner (ie not resetting each and every button).
Second, why did you need to change this?
Thanks

We have solved this in the latest prerelease.

We have been working on the captions for Control Bar buttons to be more descriptive short names rather than just abbreviations. However, we know that users have become accustomed to the abbreviations and we have added the old short captions back with an option to use them through Global Settings >> Customize Control Bars >> Control Bar # >> Short Captions. We are still working out the implementation details of this in relation to having set custom captions. So this is still being worked on.

Thanks - Sort of worked but not entirely. Some buttons show short caption txt the same as long caption.
Eg Find Symbol - previous: FS; now: Find Symb for long and short. And I used to have a mix of Txt and Images for buttons. Now its nearly all text.
It would be best if updates just leave the Contol Bar buttons as is and users can change optionally if desired. I can see I'm going to have to spend an hour or more of my time fixing this.
