I have been having an intermittent problem with my charts not showing order fills from previous days of trade. I'm on my new PC. How can I download my previous order fills on it? It does not show any previous trades, order fills, or activities.

You would have to copy the Trade Activity Logs from the old computer to the new one. These files are located in the "TradeActivityLogs" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. If you want all of the information, then copy all of the files from that folder to the same folder on the new computer.

I was trading in a live account, and it stored all my trade orders. I was able to look back and review it. After a month, I have looked back more than a month and didn't see any trade order fills on my chart. How do I download my order fills, or trades show on my chart after a month?

Was the symbol being traded a month ago a different symbol than the current symbol of the chart? It is the same symbol—MNQZ24. I can see live order fills for the past few days. However, for some reason, it disappeared when I returned for over a month. How can I download it to display on my chart? Yes, I can see all trades on the trade activity log. More than a month ago, however, it disappeared from my chart. Since you are using Teton, the order fills should automatically download to the other computer when you connect it to the account. Is this not occurring?
