I have been having an intermittent problem with my charts not showing order fills from previous days of trade. The fills show at the time of trade, it is just when I open the charts to review the previous day or other days further back that the fills do not show.

This could be due to this option:
Chart Settings: Load Order Fills for Current Day Only (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

Here is the full relevant documentation related to displaying order fills:
Chart Trading and the Chart DOM: Displaying Order Fills on the Chart

It covers all possibilities related to the issue.

I'm on my new PC. How can I download my previous order fills on it? It does not show any previous trades, order fills, or activities.

You would have to copy the Trade Activity Logs from the old computer to the new one. These files are located in the "TradeActivityLogs" folder under your main Sierra Chart installation folder. If you want all of the information, then copy all of the files from that folder to the same folder on the new computer.
