My IQ feed does not work properly after downloading latest version of sierra charts.. I contacted IQ feed and their support helped me determine there was no problem with the feed. I tried downloading a new instance of sierra charts but that did not work. When I tried it with FXCM feed there were no problems. The Chart freezes. Yes the user face is inoperable. Also price updates several minutes apart. Tried deleting and downloading but as user interface is inoperable it’s not possible
