Live data is not showing. Everyday there is a 10-15 min delay then the charts start

Thanks. I have my charts set at SC Data-All Services {data} Is that the right one? I have and pay for : Sierra Chart with Advanced Features (Service Package 5) Do I need a funded account and pay them for real data for the real data to show up with no delay? |
