I recently upgraded to the most current version (2086) and my charts are stuck in a continuous loop of reloading. I will send the message board log through in a second. Any thoughts about eliminating redundant services I may have and or any other thoughts would be much appreciated. Cheers

One of the things we notice in your log is that you have the Forward Curve options selected for the Continuous Contract option. Do you actually have the Forward Curve study on a chart? If you are not using the Forward Curve study, then you should not select the Forward Curve options for the Continuous Contract. Select one of the other options. You will find the information on these options starting here: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: None Although we do not think this is the root of the problem you are having, it could be related. Let us know the status after you make this change. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Glad to see these messages! I turned off the forward curve study to see if that was the issue before contacting support this morning. My thought was that the forward curve would be a fluid way to manage roll over without a hassle (?) Surely such is another subject ~ For now, my chart book should be attached here.

The problem is that you have one of your Trading DOMs set to use a Continuous Contract with the option for the Forward Curve Study Support. It is Chart #5 which is the Trading DOM for the ES. Go to that Trading DOM and select Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings and change the Continuous Contract option to None. You will find the information on how to set the Continuous Contract here (if you need it): Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Using Continuous Futures Contract Charts You should not have a problem with using the Forward Curve study. Try again after you have the above issue fixed. Just be sure to use the Forward Curve Study itself, not the Continuous Contract option, as that is an older implementation. Refer to the information here for the Forward Curve Study: Forward Curve For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
