Live data to charts not working after I have installed sierra charts on new PC

Hi I have just bought a new PC , so i have downloaded Sierra charts software on it and copied existing data file from the old to the new PC. I use Denali for my Data Feed. For some reason I am not getting any live data to the charts on my new PC. Live Data feed still works fine on my old PC. What am i missing please? The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Thank you for your reply. Since my account is already set to use the sierra chart order routing service to my AMP account, shouldn't my live trading account be automatically verified without the need for me to connect once a month? My set up is as follows : Denali data feed - sierra order routing - Amp clearing live futures trading account. Did i maybe need to activate anything when i downloaded the software on my new PC ?
