Existing Sierra Account trying to connect AMP account

Hello, I have a Sierra Chart account setup with Denali data feed. I recently created an AMP futures account, and I am trying to connect and trade on sierra charts. There seems to be some confusion because I set up my sierra account and data feed before setting up AMP. What do I need to do to begin trading, and changing my data feed services if need be? Thanks! |

If you want to continue to pay for Sierra Chart services to us and not through AMP, then let AMP know that you have an existing Sierra Chart account and you want to use that account with them - you do not want to create a new account. If, on the other hand, you would rather have everything billed through AMP, then you would be best off to just use the new account that they give you and close your existing one. If you do this, then let us know through an Account Support Ticket that you need your current account closed and refunded. I have done the first thing you said, letting them know about my existing SC account. Here is the error message I get when trying to connect to SC Futures Order Routing/Data, and what AMP says when I ask them: Im thinking I should just create an account through them as this has become a bit of a headache. |
