In that chart you posted the symbol is still in a historical data downloading state. So the current depth data being recorded will not be seen until the historical data downloading is complete. You are also using Interactive Brokers data which is going to be a problem as well. You should be using this data feed instead: Denali Exchange Data Feed Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. It is in a temporary downloading state when IB periodically log out and in. The missing data already happened hours before the IB shutdown. It can't be IB as I have been using its market depth for the longest time. Please help. I attach my settings. Thanks. |
