Looks like AMP Futures is adding: (See picture) Exchange fee (Mandatory) , NFA fee (Mandatory), Clearing TTnet fee (?) , Commission fee (?), while using SC Order Routing service. Is this normal? Are these fees also added with other brokers like Dorman Trading, Advantage Futures, or Phillips Capital? Is there a broker that doesn't add these fees while using SC Order Routing service? That is for 10 round turns - ie the total not the individual round turn so yes it's normal
