i have a problem with the sierrachart/ttnet setup. i can login and the pricefeed/charts are working, but live orders are rejected. i can see my amp account number in the sierrachart trade activity log, but the sierrachart "orders and positions" window doesn´t show any balance. (the account is funded though). i tried to place a live limit sell order for the ym contract. trade service log says: "trade order error - tt order update (rejected). info: risk client: product not allowed..." |

Contact your broker and have them allow the products that you want to trade. This is all that needs to be done.
