Trying to set up with AMP and CQG

I've been trying to set up Sierra Charts and am getting frustrated. It says current service package does not support this function but from what I've seen the monthly fee is supposed to be waved when running it through AMP. I have selected CQG for Service under the Data/Trade service settings, and have put in my username and password correctly. Current service package does not support this function.
