If I have a 5 minute CL chart and a 15 minute CL chart and both have Chart Trade Mode on and Trading Chart DOM on and I place an order to buy one CL contract on the 5 minute chart, SC also shows the same order on the 15 minute chart, as it should. My question is, will that result in two CL contracts being filled? Or, will it just trade one CL contract and just show the order on both charts? Thanks in advance. SC charts are the best, in my opinion. |

SC: For some reason my ES 4 tick range charts set to "new bar on range met - in ticks" are getting stuck. I have attached a screenshot of the issue. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1613752458307.png This is using a Rithmic Feed. Can you help to fix that? Sierra Charts are the best. |

You can try and delete the data starting at the point where it begins and see if it will correct with the redownloaded data. Refer to the following: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I tried moving my pointer to before the stuck and repeat issue and it worked once and then a few minutes later, it happened again. I tried using delete and download data and I also tried Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart both and now it will not correct the chart and my pointer asked the charts to redownload beginning a few bars before the issue began. Here is another screenshot showing the 2nd time this issue occurred today. The ES is slow at this time of day. Any other ideas about why this is happening and how to fix the chart because the above method you posted does not always work. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1613763480633.png SC is still the best. |

SC: I think this has something to do with using range charts set to "new bar on range met - in ticks" instead of range per bar - standard in ticks, but not sure. If I were doing the software testing, that is the module I would begin looking at. I think it is getting stuck in a loop and printing all the candles with the same data when the call for a "new bar on range met - in ticks" is made. Hope this helps. SC is the best. |

What you see probably is correct based on settings, and the underlying data. If you have changed the Bar Period Type setting and have eliminated that unwanted pattern, then that is good.
