My time and sales is not showing the right information

Some volume on the tape is at 0 ( most ) and the rest is mostly 1-3, compared to my time and sales in my Interactive broker platform where time and sales is good. Im use to Sierra and its the first time she does that to me. Its probably a setting that i have changed.
