why wont TICK work when I first open up

Hi Anyone, I have TICK, and set to globex as well. When I log on in morning UK time the TICK is always stuck at yesterday's eod. I have tried reloading, and what seems to sometimes work but not today hence my finally writing this, is to open a new one. Sometimes when I do that the old one comes to life. Well today at 830am uk time all my TICKS are dead. Most mornings suddenly it just starts working and starts data from whenever it wakes up. Any help please? thank you |

It sounds like you are looking at the market statistics charts when the markets are closed and you need to wait for the US stock market open before the TICK-NYSE will begin to chart, according to the default session times. The US Stock Markets open at 09:30 Eastern US, or 14:30 UK.
