[Programming Help] - Realtime data for futures and stocks

I have the Denali feed subscription and my futures data is lagging compared to the real time. Also there is not real time data for stocks, there is only historical data. I'm sure there is a simple solution but I couldn't figure it out from the learning material. If someone could help me I would appreciate it.
