Second instance of SC not updating

Good morning,

I've been working with two instances of SC relating to two different IB accounts on the same computer but now the second instance, the one that receives data from the first, does not update and lags behind.

I'm not sure what logs I need to provide to sort this issue out.

Please help.

Sorry, updating did not resolve the issue. Both instances are running Version 2028. No difference.

Now on my new computer: both versions are 2065 but second instance still running behind or stuck. Other parameters are as I left them Friday night at close.

You need to be at release 2078. Please update both instances to the latest version using these instructions:
