If you previously have been accessing the Denali feed on two different systems, then the solution is to use a single system and run all of the installations that you need of Sierra Chart on that one system. You can receive 3 direct connections to the Denali Data Feed on that system and you can share the data to as many installations of Sierra Chart as you need. Install the number of monitors you need to that system. And if you need to access it remotely just simply use Windows Remote Desktop Connection or Team Viewer. In your response to a user who asked "From April 1, we can only get 1 real-time data feed from Denali Exchange. On a different Sierra Chart installation on a 2nd computer, we will stop getting real-time feed, but with "SC Data - All Services" we can continue downloading data every few minutes? The 2nd computer is used for backtesting mainly and analyzing positions already executed." You responded Yes. By that I understand if I disable 'Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds' I will then continue to get real-time data from IBKR and a historic back-fill via SC on a delayed (every few minutes) basis? Is this correct? |

Is this correct? In this case the historical data will come from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service, the most recent 10 minutes will come from Interactive Brokers and the chart will be updated in real time from Interactive Brokers if Sierra Chart is connected Interactive Brokers.

Great, not ideal but a reasonable compromise. When will SC support Denali on two separate systems?

I'm having issues with the delayed SC data . Can I run the SC Realtime feed in addition to Denali? The key requirement is to have realtime data (in addition to IBKR execution/routing) on two systems - Please advise

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed no longer provides CME group data. The solution right now is just create another Sierra Chart account: https://www.sierrachart.com/RegisterStep1.php We can give you 50% off that account for this purpose. But we cannot discount the data feed. You still have to pay an additional 25USD/month for it. This is the best solution we can offer at the moment until we support paying a second set of exchange fees for a second connection.
