Hi I am using SC data feed...and its not working in real time, I just paid for services and reactivated everything...Can you please help as soon as you can? thanks

We do see that but for the CME group group data this is now only offered through the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed Let us know if you want us to set that up for you. Although the instructions are on that page. You also have the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed active. You can use both and you get a $10 credit per month if using both. And let us know if you want to keep the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed but we see that you now have activated the S&P Indices on it. I got really confused. I can then use Denali only. Please refund me for SC Exchange data feed. And please cancel my S&P indices on top of it. Please set up my Denali exchange feed then as well thank you Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-04-02 19:03:27
