ACSIL - possible to get simulated account balance?

When backtesting in simulated mode (i.e. sc.SendOrdersToTradeService = false), is it possible to get the equivalent values to sc.TradeServiceAvailableFundsForNewPositions or sc.TradeServiceAccountBalance, but for the simulated account? I need these values (or some sort of equivalent) available when running backtests in the simulator as I am building a fixed-fractional position size calculator. Thanks in advance.
