Glitch since new update - Use Date Range settings and continuous contract

hello since the new update, continuous contracts are not loaded with Use Date Range settings. I normally leave "To:" input empty for convenience and it seems that is part of the problem. If I manually set "to:" input to today, then it works ok. It's never been a problem until I updated to new version (2072).
