Looks like you guys went ahead and deactivated my subscription to the SC feed for CME. That's fine. I'll activate the Denali feed at the start of my trading day tomorrow (the EU session), and connect to my broker to verify I have a funded account. No worries if it takes a day or so to start-up...markets aren't great for trading right now anyway. Please let me know if there's a particular sequence I should follow if it's important (eg, connect to broker first, then activate Denali, or visa-versa). Thanks for all your good work!

Yes, per your request this has been set to not renew for next month. But you will still get the data until midnight UTC today (March 31, 2020). You will first want to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the instructions here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* If you are always connected to your trading account, then there is nothing else you will need to do. If you only connect once a month, then you will need to connect to your trading account after having setup the Denali feed. After following the instructions above to activate the Denali feed, connecting to my funded trading account, and confirming an [M] exists in the region data line on an intraday test chart: charts set to 'Use Date Range' show only March 2020 data. I tried deleting and downloading all of the data to no avail. If the 'Use Number Of Days To Load' setting is chosen, historical data appears to load as expected. Using SC 2073. Please advise. Many thanks!! Edit: prior data feed was SC's RT feed Edit2: log entries after trying to use the 'Use Date Range' option: Using SC exchange feed2. Thank you. In 2074 the 'Use Date Range' option now loads data from the intended start date (no end date is specified). Unfortunately it's not loading data for the May contract (current spot). Last day shown on chart is March 19. The 'Use Number of Trading Days To Load' option does load data for the May contract. My process: Installed 2074 > File > Find Symbol > Opened intraday chart of CL's May contract. In Chart Settings > Continuous Contract - Volume Based Rollover, Back Adjusted. No other changes except to confirm the data range options work as expected. |
