Hi, I have tried to create a buy order thru SC routing for MES today. It was rejected with below trade service log. SC Futures Order Routing/Data order update (Order reject). Info: TT order update (Rejected). Text: Exceeds credit limits | SenderSubID: AMPT113XXX. Internal Order ID: 6692. Service Order ID: 676218. Symbol: MESM20_FUT_CME. Account: AC113XXX | 2020-03-31 12:32:01.838 * My account meets day trade margin requirement for MES. I also have service balance available for SC routing fee. What is the root cause? |

Hi there, please contact your broker regarding "Text: Exceeds credit limits" Sierra Chart will not cause an order to be rejected, even if your Services Balance with us is negative. |
