My Service Package 5 ends. I'm trading intraday and using realtime data from my OEC broker. I need a clean chart NQ, ES and RTY , a Bid Ask difference study and my own programmed study (.dll) to trade. I don't use TPO charts, Numberbars, etc. Will I be happy with Service Package 3 ? For me, a 10-minute downtime without data is sometimes a problem. Why can't you solve this problem? This always worked in the past. Should I contact my broker about this error? On which side is the problem ? |

When you refer to "downtime" what you are referring to is missing Bid volume and Ask volume for the most recent 10 minutes in the historical data, when using Gain Capital. We looked into this again and we discovered the problem and we are releasing a new version now that resolves it. You just need the Standard service package 3. That will be fine.
