Data updating problem

Hi. I am new to sierra chart. But having a problem with setting up a chart. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1585333117922.png I cannot get my SPY - 1 minute - to update in real time like my NYSE $TICK - 1 minute - updates each minute. I always get these blank dashes for SPY where my NYSE $TICK is updating fine. I checked the GLobal Data Settings. Updated time and date to my time zone. Tried to delete all data and redownload. Real-Time data for the SPY is not part of the packages from Sierra Chart. Refer to the following for more information: Real-Time Data: What Real-Time Data is Directly Included with the Service Packages To get the SPY in Real-Time you would need to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the U.S. Equities exchange.
