My main chart background is Black the one I trade and do analysis on, I want to create a chart with White background so I can print my charts on & use less ink while doing so, so thats why I want a White chart background. I have switched to white on 1 chart, but when I opened another Chartbook all those chart backgrounds had switched from Black to White. So how do I keep just 1 chart White/Printer chart and every other one black?

First, the background of the chart is not printed. You are not going to see a black background when printing. You can just print to a PDF and verify this. Sierra Chart has always worked this way. Refer to: File Menu: Print (File) In regards to colors for a specific chart, refer to the documentation here: Graphics Settings: Using Different Color and Graphics Settings for Specific Charts Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
