custom spread symbols not updating after amrket reopen

hello, ive been using custom spread symbols on charts starting last week. for some reason, after market reopened on sunday, they don't update with realtime. only the non-spread charts updating ive attached a log directly from the message log window |

well, some of the spread charts are updating . . some of the short-term ie 15 min charts, not all, but many (I understand the eurex ones not because im on denali and eurex not open yet anyway) however, none of the 240-min spread charts are updating whereas the 15 min ones are with the same symbols |

crossing fingers . . things seemed to have settled around 1900 EST. had to manually refresh many of the charts. not really sure what the pattern was, but they all kicked in after a while. will keep an eye out for next session

yes, a few bugs still . . overall though, i should say that i really like how you've implemented custom symbols. reminds me of one of the major features i liked about esignal currently, when I am refreshing my custom futures spread symbols, it is erasing every bar since 2330 EST. then, the current bar starts over with the next trade. refreshing at the next bar will achieve the same thing again |

think I spotted the pattern, let's say you have a custom symbol: {A}*{B}*{C}*{D} at 2330 EST, all symbols printed a trade. now at 0030, only B, C, and D have traded since then. if you refresh the chart, all the bars will be erased since 2330, that were formed by B, C, and D trades, and a new bar will begin when any of the four symbols trade next |
