i can trading live account bec it says it do you want to disable sierra trade simulation mode? all orders will be sent to the connected trading service existing simulated orders will no longer be processed or filled

In order to disable Trade Simulation Mode you need to have your Data/Trade Service Settings set to a Trading service. Right now, your Data/Trade Service is set to SC Data - All Services.
