Problem with downloadind Data and Data accuracy

Hi. Im having Problems with Downloading data process, when I delete and reload all historic data, a "Waiting Download Historical Data" message appear and the data is not downloaded or is unaccurate. Please your help, i cannot do anything. |

We want you to restart Sierra Chart and open just one chart. Connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. And then follow the below procedure so we can get the log file and see what the problem is. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
