Problem with Futures Data

Hello, I am having problems receiving real time futures data for all my futures symbols (CLJ20, GCJ20, ESM20). The problem has existed for quite a few days. I have the Denali Exchange package and my account still seems to be rightly charged so I am not sure what's causing the inaction. If you can help me take a look that'd be greatly appreciated.
