I see that the trade window can be attached to either the left or right side of DOM...can it also be attached to the top or bottom of a chart or DOM?...like a control bar...displayed horizontally instead of vertically...when its on left or right side it robs me of screen space, and floating it so far is a distraction and covers data...

This is not supported for the Trade Window, but you can customize a Control Bar button to have most of the same functionality as the Trade Window and then have that be horizontal.
